Our founder had skin so sensitive that aloe vera made her face swell. Every 'gentle' moisturizer broke her out. Every 'clean' product still had something that triggered a reaction. She was stuck — wanting the results of actives like retinol, but unable to keep her skin from falling apart.
So she made her own.
